2019 Road Trip From Norway to Ghana
About the Roadtrip
The Goal
In order to road trip to Ghana from Norway, we need to get decent, cheap and reliable cars. Until then, the roads are smooth, the paperwork is easy, the lifestyle is laid back.
To get there with a minimal chance of breakdown, an initial investment in a good car is very important. This is why we are making this a rally, we want people from various backgrounds joining and chipping in to help set up this 15 000 km adventure.
On The Road
On the road every few days or occasionally a couple in a row, we will roll through old capitals and towns, restock along cities and villages as well as rest by lakes and beaches or enjoy peace in various parks. Everywhere will be a perfect place to grab a local brew and experience a fraction of the community life.
It will mostly be up to you and your friends to choose where to go or what to eat during the days spent in the cities before regrouping at night to share a bonfire, stories and/or a drink.

July 15th 2019 we will drive from Norway to Ghana and want YOU to join us!
In 2016 Bjorn and Tom took part in a 6 months journey from Spain down to South Africa.
July 15th to October 22nd, this year, we will repeat a part of the trip and we invite you to come along.
You can join from anywhere in Europe as well as either Dakar, Freetown or Accra, where you will also be able to continue your own route if desired.
We will drive down with cooking equipment, camping equipment and a lot of experience to ensure that we get the necessary visas on the road on top of food and a place to stay everywhere we go.
